Abstract
ABSTRACT Management of Student Interest and Talent Development Al-Hadiid Middle School Cileungsi, Bogor Regency Azaemta Tarziraf Islamic Education Management Postgraduate School azaemtatarziraf21@gmail.com This study explains that it was found that the process was not detailed and clear, which led to the need for a clear management of students' interests and talents at SMP Al-Hadiid Cileungsi. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection instruments in this study were observations, interviews, and documentation, analysis (analysis notes). Activities in data analysis are data reduction, data display, and describing conclusions or verification. The results of the study conclude: First, the management of talent interest includes aspects of planning, implementation, organization and control that have been carried out and fulfilled so that it runs quite well but needs some improvements. Second, the obstacles that occur in the management of talent interests are divided into elements, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors occur in aspects of cost and quality of human resources. External factors come from busy work, loyalty and professionalism of the instructor.
