Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job training and career development on employee job satisfaction at the Pegadaian Harapan Indah Office. The method used is quantitative, assisted by SPSS version 27. The sample in this study consisted of 72 respondents. Job training showed a significance value of 0.000 and a t-count of 5.434, indicating that improvements in skills and job readiness contribute to increased employee satisfaction. Career development also had a significant effect (significance 0.000; t-count 5.374), reflecting the importance of professional growth opportunities in building motivation and work loyalty. Overall, these three factors are important elements in creating a satisfying and productive work environment. The analysis results show that the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
