Abstract

The purpose of this study it to analyze and determine the appropriate production pattern in an effort to minimize production costs at Usaha Dagang Cappucino Happy. This research uses additional cost analysis or incremental cost analysis, which considers the costs that will be incurred when using one of the three production pattern alternatives. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collection techniques conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study ndicate that there are significant differences in production costs among the three production patterns. The production cost for the constant production pattern is Rp 10,380,300,00 for the fluctuating (corrugated) production pattern is Rp 4,590,000,00 and for the moderate production pattern is Rp 7,251,000,00. Among the three production patterns, the fluctuating production pattern has the lowest additional cost or incremental cost, which is Rp 4,590,000,00.
