Abstract

Mrs. Eni's Meatball Mill was founded by Mr. Harto in 1995 and currently has 4 branches that have been established. This study aims to determine: (1) general characteristics of customers of Mrs. Eni's Meatball Mill in Wisma Asri Market, North Bekasi (2) customer satisfaction at Mrs. Eni's Meatball Mill in Wisma Asri Market, North Bekasi (3) priorities for improving service performance that must be done by Mrs. Eni's Meatball Mill in Wisma Asri Market, North Bekasi. This research uses a survey method. The data analysis tools used are descriptive analysis, CSI, and IPA. Based on the results of the CSI calculation, it can be seen that the CSI value is 81,74%. Based on the results of the IPA assessment, the average importance value (Importance) is 4,08 and the average performance value (Performance) is 4,09 and the level of performance is low in the quadrant of room comfort (P1), service place facilities (P2), tidiness of service places (P3), cleanliness of service places (P4), safe tools to use or not damaged (P6), timely operation schedule (P9).
