Abstract

Aziza Rahma Septanty. 41182911190041. School Principal's Efforts to Increase Teachers' Digital Literacy in Designing PAI Learning at Putradarma Islamic High School. Islamic education. Islamic University 45 Bekasi. (2024). The aims of this research were to determine the implementation of digital literacy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in designing Islamic Religious Education lessons at Putradarma Islamic High School, To determine the school principal's efforts to increase the digital literacy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in designing Islamic Religious Education lessons at Putradarma Islamic High School. . The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Analysis of qualitative research results emphasizes meaning and generalization. Therefore, the qualitative descriptive method was chosen because it encourages researchers to meet the sources directly, so that this research will be more in-depth. The results of this research show that the presence of a school principal for PAI teachers in designing PAI learning and the presence of a school principal can increase teachers' digital literacy in designing PAI learning. This can be seen by increasing: Teachers' understanding, skills and habituation in designing Islamic teachings Keywords: Principal, Digital Literacy, Teacher, PAI Learning Design
