Abstract
ABSTRACT Islamic University 45 Bekasi Communication Studies Program Faculty of Communication, Literature, and Language 2024 Hoirun Nisa/41182037200088 Marketing Communication of Beauty Influencer @Elkajuwita on Instagram Social Media Under the guidance of Saepudin 99 pages and xiii roman pages, 28 images, and 9 attachments This study is based on the marketing communication of beauty products owned by @elkajuwita as a micro influencer in the beauty field on Instagram social media who has collaborated with various beauty brands. Marketing communication using influencers is one of the interesting and relevant strategies that can encourage the audience to try the promoted product. The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing communication of beauty influencer @elkajuwita on Instagram social media using the theory of beauty influencer quality. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. Marketing communication of beauty influencer @elkajuwita on Instagram social media already has three criteria related to the quality of beauty influencers so that it can attract the audience in promoting products on Instagram social media. There are three criteria for influencer @elkajuwita that are the strengths in assessing the quality of a beauty influencer, namely trust in facial expressions and consistent use of products, attractiveness in editing and neatness of Instagram account feeds, and expertise in their ability to communicate and clear voice intonation in providing information.
