Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of Madrasah head Human Relations in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda Bantargebang, Bekasi City. The focus of this research is on the Human Relations Skills of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda Bantargebang, Bekasi City, Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda Bantargebang, Bekasi City, and to see whether there is an increase in teacher performance after taking the Human Relations approach by the Head of the Madrasah at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda, Bekasi City. The aim of the research is to understand the extent of the madrasah head's ability to provide inspiration and motivation to teachers so that teacher performance increases. The concept of Human Relations in this context is defined as the madrasah head's ability to foster positive relationships, understand individual needs, and provide support that encourages teachers' professional and personal growth. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with madrasah heads, staff, and teachers, as well as direct observation in the madrasa environment. The data analysis was carried out using a descriptive research approach to provide a detailed and systematic picture. A descriptive approach is used to describe the characteristics, patterns, and relationships between related variables in the research context. The research results show that the madrasah head's ability to provide inspiration and motivation has a significant impact on teacher performance. Implementation of the human relations concept in madrasah leadership creates a work environment that supports mutual growth and increases the work spirit of teaching staff. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to an understanding of the importance of the concept of human relations in madrasah leadership, especially in the context of providing inspiration and motivation to teachers. It is hoped that these findings can provide guidance for stakeholders in the education sector to improve the quality of teaching and the welfare of teaching staff.
