Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between teacher literacy and teacher perceptions of school culture with the performance of MI teachers in North Bekasi District, Bekasi City. The method used was to use a quantitative method. A sample of 183 teachers from 21 schools was taken as questionnaire respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was random sampling using the Slovin formula. The instrument is a questionnaire. The results of the research from the three hypotheses show a positive and significant relationship simultaneously between teacher literacy and teacher perceptions of school culture and teacher performance as indicated by the magnitude of the double correlation rcount = 0.958 while for rtable = 0.145 it can be concluded that rcount > rtable = 0.958 > 0.145 so that there is a positive and significant relationship simultaneously between teacher literacy and teacher perceptions of school culture and teacher performance.
