Abstract

Jeson Khoirul Ananda, NPM : 41182191190182, Analysis of Comfort in Hamstring Injured Patients Using a Combination of Sport Massage and Infrared Treatment.. Thesis. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Islamic University 4” Bekasi. The aim to be achieved in this research are to determine the comfort of hamstring injury patients with sports massage treatment and to determine the comfort of hamstring injury patients with sports massage and infrared treatment. This research method uses qualitative descriptive method analysis while the population in this study is hamstring injury patients at MCO Kitau and the subjects in this study are 3 patients with hamstring injuries treated with a combination of sports massage and infrared at MCO Kitau. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that treating hamstring injuries using a combination of sports massage and infrared techniques has a higher level of comfort compared to sports massage techniques because the healing process is faster and the patient does not feel as much pain during the massage process.
