Abstract

The rise of criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia falls into the chronic category from time to time. Indonesia still needs to improve a lot to answer the problem of criminal acts of corruption. In line with this, it was issued in the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 52 of 2014 concerning guidelines for developing Integrity Zones towards corruption-free areas and clean bureaucratic areas serving within government agencies. This research aims to analyze the Implementation of Integrity Zone Development Towards a Corruption-Free Area and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area at the Bekasi Regency National Land Agency. This research uses a constructivist paradigm and uses qualitative methods with a case study research design. Data was obtained through observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. In this research, informants were determined using purposive sampling by fulfilling the specified criteria to obtain the right information. The results of this research are the implementation of the integrity zone policy towards a corruption-free area and a clean bureaucratic area serving the Bekasi Regency National Land Agency, namely training for all employees in forming an attitude of commitment and employee competence in the office. The conclusion of this research is to achieve the title of corruption-free region in 2023 by implementing the integrity zone policy towards a corruption-free region as well as continuously improving service quality to provide the best service to the community.
