Abstract

Dea Nanda Fitri Lestari (41183403200061) The Effect of Disclosure of Carbon Emissions,Environmental Performance and Company Size on Company Value. XV + 60 pages + 3 figures + 13 tabels + 13 attachments The alm of this research is to determine the effect of carbon emissions disclosure,environmental performance and company size as independent variables. Meanwhile,the company value variable is the dependent variable. The type of research carried out is quantitative research. The method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data. Population used by Consumer Non-Cylicals and Energy Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Listed (BEI) in 2020-2022. The number of companies in the sample was 15 companies in a 3 year period,so there were 45 samples for this research. The measuring tool for this research used IBM SPSS 29. The result of this research show that disclosure of carbon emissions has a positive effect on company value ,environmental performance has a negative effect on company value and company size has a positive effect on company value.
