Abstract
Policy for implementing the E-government program at the Mustika Jaya District Office, Bekasi City. The e-Government program service policy at the Samarinda City Welcome sub-district office is the government's action in implementing a regulation regarding the provision of a public service through the use of electronic information technology media to fulfill the needs of the community in accordance with the basic rights of every citizen in addition to supporting The realization of the mission of the Mustika Jaya sub-district, namely the realization of excellent service towards an intelligent, creative, advanced, prosperous and honest society. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the implementation of e-government policies in improving the quality of public services in the Mustika Jaya sub-district office, as well as knowing and analyzing the obstacles faced by the Mustika Jaya sub-district, Bekasi City based on e-government development indicators, namely, Capacity and Value. . This thesis uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The key informants in this research were the Head of Mustika Jaya District and the Head of the Service Section, 1 service officer in Mustika Jaya District and 2 community service users as supporting informants. From the research results, it was found that the policy for implementing the eGovernment program in the Mustika Jaya sub-district office, Bekasi City, is starting to experience changes in terms of excellent service, although there are still several shortcomings, namely limited resources.
