Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi ini berjudul: “Pengaruh Latihan Drilling Terhadap Akselerasi Pukulan Smash Bulutangkis Pada Peserta Ekstrakurikuler SDN Pulogebang 06 Jakarta Timur”.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Latihan Drilling Terhadap Akselerasi Pukulan Smash Bulutangkis Pada Peserta Ekstrakurikuler SDN Pulogebang 06 Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen melibatkan dua variabel yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, variabel bebas yaitu latihan Drilling dan variabel terikat yaitu hasil Akselerasi Pukulan Smash Bulutangkis Pada Peserta Ekstrakurikuler SDN Pulogebang 06 Jakarta Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 Orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling atau seluruh populasi di jadikan sampel, sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang. Instrumen penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan skor tes awal dan tes akhir Tes Pukulan Smash Bulutangkis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan hasil perhitungan statistik terhadap uji hipotesis maka didapat hasil :Latihan Drillingi meimbeirikan peingaruh yang signifikan teirhadap hasil teiknik Pukulan Smash Pada Peserta Ekstrakurikuler SDN Pulogebang 06 Jakarta Timur. Hal ini dibuktikan deingan hasil peingujian signifikansi yang meinunjukkan hasil yaitu, yaitu thitung (8.08 > ttabeil (1,73) Kata kunci : Pengaruh, Latihan Drilling, Pukulan Smash, Bulutangkis ABSTRACT This thesis is entitled: "The Effect of Drilling Training on the Acceleration of Badminton Smash Shots in Extracurricular Participants at SDN Pulogebang 06 East Jakarta". This research aims to determine the effect of drilling training on the acceleration of badminton smash shots in extracurricular participants at SDN Pulogebang 06, East Jakarta. This research is an experimental research involving two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable, the independent variable is Drilling practice and the dependent variable is the results of Acceleration of Badminton Smash Shots in Extracurricular Participants at SDN Pulogebang 06 East Jakarta. The population in this study was 20 people. Sampling was carried out by total sampling or the entire population was used as a sample. The sample in this study was 20 people. The assessment instrument is carried out based on the initial test score and the final test of the Badminton Smash Test.Based on the research results and the results of statistical calculations on hypothesis testing, the following results were obtained: Drilling training has a significant influence on the results of the Smash Hitting technique for extracurricular participants at SDN Pulogebang 06, East Jakarta. This is proven by the results of the significance test which shows the results, namely, tcount (8.08 > ttabeil (1.73) Keywords : The Effect Drilling, Shoot Smash, Badminton
