Abstract
This research discusses the relationship between leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction which influence employee performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Survey Employees at PT. Lastana Express Indonesia (Lazada Express Indonesia). The sample used was 51 people using saturated sampling techniques, data collection by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires. Data was processed using SPSS version 24.0. The research results show that simultaneously there is a significant influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance.
