Abstract

Employee perfomance is a very important thing to use to further evaluate whether the employee performance process in a company or agency has been running according to the expected goals or not. The research objective is to test and analyze whether there is an influence of motivation and work dicipline on employee perfomance Balai Teknologi Air Minum. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in the study was all 51 employees. Data collection techniques using observation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions 25. The results of this research show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance and work dicipline has a significant effect on employee perfomance. This means that the better the motivation provided and the higher the work dicipline to the government agencies, the employee perfomancen in the government agencies will increase.
