Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial incentives, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers at SDN Padurenan III & SDN Padurenan V, Bekasi City. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all 60 teachers and school staff. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The research results show that: (1) financial incentives have a positive effect on the performance of teachers at SDN Padurenan III & SDN Padurenan V, Bekasi City; (2) organizational commitment does not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Teachers at SDN Padurenan III & SDN Padurenan V, Bekasi City; because this research was carried out in 2 schools which is heterogeneous so that the variables are not significant; (3) job satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance of teachers at SDN Padurenan III & SDN Padurenan V, Bekasi City.
