Abstract
The city of Bekasi is one of the buffer cities of DKI Jakarta and has a high attraction for immigrants to urbanize. This has the consequence of creating various increasingly complex urban problems in which sexual violence occurs in Bekasi City. To reduce the increase in cases and overcome them, it is necessary Collaboration was held to resolve this case. This research aims to analyze the collaboration carried out by the Bekasi City women's empowerment and child protection service in handling sexual violence in Bekasi City, analyze who is involved in the collaboration in handling sexual violence in Bekasi City and analyze the extent of the effectiveness of the Collaboration in handling sexual violence in Bekasi City . The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling. This research data analysis technique uses data condensation, data display and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the research and discussion show that Collaborative Governance in Handling Sexual Violence in Bekasi City is running quite effectively, handling sexual violence in Bekasi City involves various regional apparatus and institutions working together. The women's empowerment and child protection service has attempted to carry out prevention by collaborating with a number of academics, social services, health services, education services Islamic University 45 Bekasi, Bhayangkara University, the Regional Child Protection Commission and the community. This effort aims to socialize measures to prevent cases of sexual violence. Apart from that, in handling cases, Community-Based Integrated Child Protection has been established in the area. This collaboration is the key to success in overcoming this serious problem, involving various parties with diverse knowledge and experience to create an environment that is safer and free from sexual violence in Bekasi City. In addition, the Bekasi City DPPPA has succeeded in carrying out a series of proactive actions, including outreach programs in schools and the community to increase understanding and awareness regarding sexual violence.
