Ridwan Maulana. 41182911190007. IMPLEMENTATION OF PAI LEARNING IN CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS DOWN SYNDROME AT SLB ANANDA MANDIRI BEKASI. Islamic education study program. Islamic University 45 Bekasi. 1444 H / 2023 M. (number of pages and attachment pages). This research was conducted to find out how PAI learning is implemented for children with special needs down syndrome and what factors support and hinder it at SLB Ananda Mandiri Bekasi. This research was carried out using descriptive data analysis techniques during research activities and attempted to explain and explain rationally, objectively with the existing research objectives and problems. The research method used is a qualitative approach, namely research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or verbal explanations from the subjects observed. In implementing Islamic religious education learning for children with special needs, down syndrome, the habituation learning method at Ananda Mandiri SLB includes, (1) Aqidah Guidance (2) Moral Guidance (3) Sharia Guidance. Meanwhile, the supporting factors in implementing Islamic religious education learning for children with Down syndrome are the high role and support of parents for children so that they can provide learning motivation and the role of special education (special education) teachers in the process of providing learning in the classroom. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are psychological factors which are part of the obstacles to the low intelligence of down syndrome children and down syndrome children have obstacles in terms of communication and also in terms of remembering. Therefore, teachers at SLB Ananda Mandiri Bekasi provide religious teachings or guidance through advice or teachings with love, so that Islamic advice and teachings can touch their hearts and sing songs about the introduction of God and other Islamic teachings. Thus, the implementation of Islamic religious learning is a process of forming the physical and spiritual character of children with special needs, down syndrome.
