Abstract
Student’s brilliant achievement is obtained from teachers support who have a good competence , including pedagogic competence. It is one of competence that should be mastered by teachers, but the teachers are still often to go out and logged in at SDIT Nur Hikmah and it is not standard bet because teachers do not teach based on their major. Therefore, the aim of the study is for knowing 1) teacher pedagogy’s competence, 2) the technical of headmaster in increasing teacher pedagogy’s competence, 3) the role of headmaster in increasing teacher pedagogy’s competence. This study is qualitative research that the data was produced in descriptive form The method of data collection were using: observation, interview, and document study. The technic of researcher 's data analysis used an qualitative descriptive analysis, The data analysis were shown through words, pictures and not numbers. The validity of the data’s research was used triangulation technique. Based on results of study. It could be concluded that teacher pedagogy’s competence at SDIT Nur Hikmah includes: understanding to the students, learning design, the implementation of educational and logical learning, utilization of learning technology, evaluation of learning results, and the efforts of teachers to develope students are being good. but It needs an enhancement of teachers facilities in learning process so that the teachers are able to maximize their competence. The Headmaster’s technical in adequate institution, curriculum and human resources. The Headmaster’s role at school as EMASLIM (educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator , motivator) is passable.
