Abstract

Rendra Herawan (41182933160006) “Analisis Swot Strategi Penanganan Pembiayaan Bermasalah Pada Bprs Al Salaam Cabang Pondok Gede” Program Studi Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Islam”45” Bekasi. (2023 M/ 1444 H). Every financial instution that offers financing products must have a problematic financing case, including BPRS Al Salaam Pondok Gede Branch. Problem financing needs to be taken with appropriate action so as not to cause harm to the agency later. This thesis raises the problem of problem financing strategies at BPRS Al Salaam Pondok Gede Branch and analyzes these strategies, with the aim of knowing what strategies are carried out by BPRS Al Salaam Pondok Gede Branch to deal with problematic financing and the formulation of strategies that need to be carried out by conducting a SWOT analysis on strategies for handling problematic financing. This research is a qualitative research, with data collection directly in the field in accordance with the data collection techniques taken by the reseacher, namely field studies and library studies. The technique used to analyze and describe the strategy for handling problematic financing at BPRS Al Salaam Pondok Gede Branch is to use a SWOT analysis approach. The result of this study are the handling of problematic financing at BPRS Al Salaam Pondok Gede Branch is carry out intensive billing, take a financing rescue policy, compromise settlement, and carry out the execution of financing guarantees. The strategy that needs to be done for handling non – performing financing based on a SWOT analysis is to increase human resources, use technology, improve supervision, and expand the work area.
