Abstract

This study discusses the main issues that review how the messages form the Puskesmas both in terms of services and health promotion given to patients seeking treatment. To find out the forms of health messages in the Mustikajaya, Pekayon Jaya and Karang Kitri Health Centers. The research uses a qualitative approach through case studies with observation through personal interviews. There are two main theories in research, namely health services and health promotion using offline or online media. There are still many people who do not unferstand TB disease, patients who still think that the symptoms of TB they suffer are ordinary coughs so that patients do not want to come to the health center if the disease is not severe. Patients are generally embarrassed to come to the puskesmas for treatment because of the negative stigma of the community who perceive it as an embarrassing disease so that TB patients are embarrassed to access health services. Immediately visit the health center to check his health. In particular, to inform again about the Indonesian TB application or TB Friends to conduct self-screening so that it is detected early.
