Abstract

Radio can not only be listened to through radio devices, especially in the development of the digital era which allows the public to access radio via the internet, in this case many radio companies in Indonesia already have streaming radio such as via social media Instagram which can make it easier for the public to find out. Basically radio streaming is done online using the internet network and there are already many radio stations in Indonesia that use one of them is Radio Dakta 107 FM. In addition, Dakta Radio is also an entertainment and information medium in the form of knowledge about Islamic teachings that focus on Islamic programs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the pearl of wisdom broadcast program by Dakta Radio on listeners' Islamic knowledge. This researcher uses a quantitative approach with explanatory and descriptive analysis. Sampling was carried out using non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The results of this study stated that the Mutiara Hikmah broadcast program had a positive and significant effect on listeners' Islamic knowledge as indicated by a regression coefficient of 946. Mutiara Hikmah's broadcast program had a 33.5% effect on listeners' Islamic knowledge. Keywords: Streaming Radio, Broadcast Program, Islamic Knowledge
