Abstract
The increasingly narrow and dynamic lifestyle shifts demand the best timing. People in urban areas move very quickly, so many people only have a little time to do their daily activities. Therefore, many people are looking for clothes washing and ironing services instantly and cheaply, practically, saving time and energy. the purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of customer relationship management with consumer behavior. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. With observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of this study from the results of this study gather that prospective customers are really looking for information regarding which laundry services they will use, either through suggestions given through friends or searching for information related to the laundry services they will use themselves. The conclusion from this research is that customers must go through five stages in the purchasing decision process, as well as the dimensions of managing relationships that provide services and manage communication via whatsapp media with customers so that customers continue to use their services.
