Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using payment gateways, tax literacy, and granting credit on the Financial Performance of MSME in Bekasi City. This type of research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population used in this study is Bekasi City SMEs. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposive and accidental sampling methods, namely sampling techniques based on certain considerations or criteria. This primary data collection technique uses a questionnaire to SMEs in Bekasi City. Based on the results of this study, the use of payment gateway variables has a significant negative effect on the Financial Performance of MSMEs in Bekasi City. The tax literacy variable has no significant effect on the MSME financial performance in Bekasi City. And the lending variable has no significant effect on the MSME financial performance in Bekasi City. The researcher realizes that in the research conducted there are still many shortcomings and weaknesses, so it is hoped that there will be improvements in further research.
