Abstract

ABSTRACT Ely Ruknia Sari (41183402160033) Effect of Career Development and Satisfaction on Employee Performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi City Branch xiii + 93 pages, 16 tables, 1 figure, 1 graph, and 17 appendices Keywords:Career Development, Satisfaction, and Employee Performance The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Career Development (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Bekasi City Branch of Employment (BPJS). This research is quantitative, namely, the type of research data is primary data, which is the source of the object being observed. The research method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative method, or primary data. The data used was obtained from observing the distribution of questionnaires and sampling all employees of the Bekasi City Branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, with as many as 60 respondents. For data analysis using statistical tests and multiple regression analysis calculations calculated using the SPSS program. The results showed that (1) the career development variable had a positive effect on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees in the Bekasi City Branch, and (2) satisfaction had a positive effect on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees in the Bekasi City Branch. From the results of the study, it was determined that the coefficient of determination was 0.395, which means that the magnitude of the influence of career development and satisfaction together has an influence of 39.5 percent on employee performance. The remaining 61.5 percent is influenced by other factors not present in this study. Bibliography: 18 (2016-2021)
