Abstract

ABSTRACT Islamic University of 45 Bekasi Science Study Program Communication Faculty of Communication, Literature, and Language 2023 Egi Rama Adilianto/411820371800061 "Joey Agency's Consumer Relationship Management in Building Production House (PH) Trust" Under the guidance of Saepudin Total thesis pages 84 and 13 roman pages, 3 list of tables, 18 list of figures, and 3 list of attachments. In the world of entertainment, there is a party that plays a very important role in the implementation of the production process, namely the Agency. The agency is tasked with finding role players, extras, and talents that will be given to the production house. For the Agency to be a good partner, it needs good relationship management. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of Joey Agency consumer relations in building trust in production house. The theory used in this study is the theory of customer relationship management which consists of the stages of building relationships with customers. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that Joey Agency consumer relationship management in building production house trust is said to be successful. Joey Agency has a relationship with a production house so that trust arises. And carry out stages that make the loyalty of the production house created. The application of Joey Agency relationship pattern to the production house is by communicating with customers, understanding customer needs, focusing on service, exploring customer responses, keeping loyal customers, handling complaints professionally, and giving rewards to customers.
