Abstract
The Influence of Auditor Experience, Auditor Discipline and Auditor Education Level on Audit Quality xiii + 81 Pages + 1 picture + 15 Tables + 10 Appendices Keywords: Auditor Experience, Auditor Discipline, Auditor Education Level, Audit Quality This study aims to determine the auditor's experience, auditor discipline and auditor's education level on audit quality. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The place of this research is the Public Accounting Firm. The data used is primary data. The population in this study are external auditors. The sampling technique in this study was by using a purposive sampling technique, namely sampling where the researcher determines the special characteristics that are in accordance with the research objectives. The data search technique is by distributing data directly to the KAP and giving a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then processed using the SPSS 26.0 computer program Based on the results of statistical tests, the auditor discipline variable and the auditor's education level have a positive and significant effect on audit quality, while the auditor's experience variable has no significant effect on audit quality. Further research is suggested to add independent variables related to audit quality such as audit committee, auditor ethics, auditor competence and so on and expand the distribution of questionnaires not only in Jakarta and Bekasi in order to get better results.
