Abstract

Stunting. The Indonesian state preparing children as the golden generation is not easy. This is because Stunting is still a major nutritional problem for infants and children under the age of two in Indonesia. The problem of Stunting is currently a public health problem that gets a lot of attention, many parties are concerned about Stunting because this disease results in decreased growth, which is associated with an increased risk of morbidity, death and obstacles to both motor and mental growth. Nutritional needs that are not met result in infants and children experiencing malnutrition, malnutrition, Stunting, wasting, not optimal brain intelligence, decreased immune system and problems with stunted growth and development, even death. The Stunting rate in Bekasi Regency in 2018 was 26.37% then in 2019 it decreased to 20.93% in 2021 it increased again to 21.5% from the Province's target in 2021 of 14.8%. The Bekasi Regent also said that cross-sectoral or collaborative governance between stakeholderss and the task force is needed to reduce the Stunting rate in Bekasi district. For families that are in the category of being treated, it means that there is already an indication of Stunting in the family. The purpose of this study is to analyze collaborative governance in accelerating the reduction of Stunting in Bekasi Regency. This research method uses qualitative methods, the research design is case studies, data collection techniques are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study stated that the collaboration that the Health Office collaborated with was through Cooperation agreements in the form of Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with stakeholderss and several related agencies, Puskesmas and Posyandu- posyandu. The MoU was made not specifically for the strategy to accelerate the reduction of stunting but for a general cooperation agreement. In accelerating the reduction of stunting in the district, it has been effective and efficient, but the impact of this collaboration has not been evenly distributed throughout Bekasi district.
