Abstract
Muhammad Hafizh Ridho (41183402160285) The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction Teachers of Islamic Education Foundation Tarbiyatul Falah XV + 100 pages + 21 tables + 14 attachments Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction The aim of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of the Tarbiyatul Falah Islamic Education Foundation. Because the population of the research object at the Tarbiyatul Falah Islamic Education Foundation is less than 100 people, in this study all teachers or the population were used as the research sample. So the samples taken in this study were all teachers or the population at the Tarbiyatul Falah Islamic Education Foundation totaling 52 people. The method used in this research is quantitative, with the data used is primary data. To determine the sample used in this study is purposive sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple regression or prediction involving one independent variable or predictor. The data search technique in this study was by distributing questionnaires. The data that has been collected will be processed using statistical tests and calculations using multiple correlation analysis which is calculated using the Statistics Product And Service Solution 23.0 (SPSS 23.0) program Based on the results of data processing using the SPSS 23 program, the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Variable work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The variables of work discipline and work motivation together have a simultaneous and significant effect on job satisfaction. These results indicate that the variables of work discipline and work motivation can be used in the multiple regression model to predict job satisfaction. The influence of work discipline and work motivation variables is 45.3% while the remaining 54.7% is related to other variables not examined by research. Bibliography : 50 (2001-2020)
