Abstract

ABSTRACT This thesis is the result of research on the development strategy of a one-stop portal service through the Bebunge (Bekasi Nyambung Bae) application at the Bekasi Regency Coding and Statistics communication service. Researchers are interested in taking this research because, the use of information technology and communication has grown dramatically in all aspects of life, including individuals, families, communities, and organizations. The rapid development of information technology and communication has pushed the information age into a new era that has a significant impact on everyday life. The current rapid development of technology encourages the government to use it to monitor government activities and performance in implementing its policies to achieve good governance by utilizing e-government. So with this in mind, the District Government through the Bekasi Regency Diskominfo launched a public service innovation, namely the Bebunge application which aims to meet the need for fast and efficient public services. This study aims to find out the efforts, factors that hinder development, and to find out the strategies used by Diskominfosantik in developing the Bebunge Application. The method used in this study in terms of approach is a qualitative, descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by means of library research, field studies. The results of the study show that the development of the Beunge application at the Regency Statistics, Encryption and Informatics Communication Service is quite optimal. because there are efforts made in developing the Bebunge (Bekasi Nyambung Bae) application.
