Abstract
Implementation of Law No. Policy. 3 of 2005 concerning the National Sports System at Bekasi City Muhammad Rival Muhammadrivall48@gmail.com Institution (Governmental Science, Islamic University "45" Bekasi) ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how the enactment of Law Number 3 of 2005 concerning the National Sports System shows the existence of legal certainty for athletes in the future. This is because every athlete who excels at the National Sports Week (PON), SEA Games, and the Olympics as well as at the regional level will receive an award for athletes from the Government. This researcher analyzed the application of Law Number 3 of 2005 concerning the National Sports System for Bekasi City Athletes. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation techniques. Sources of data came from 6 informants including the Chairperson, Development and Achievement Division, Mental and Psychology Development Division and Athletes with Achievements. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Government through the KONI of Bekasi City gives awards to athletes who excel at the Regional, National and International levels. However, athletes are not fully satisfied because so far the awards given to athletes are only in the form of money. For athletes who have not worked want rewards in the form of work. The implementation of Law Number 3 of 2005 concerning the National Sports System has been going well but it is still not optimal for some athletes and what is the Government's role in supporting the welfare of outstanding athletes.
