Abstract

COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE IN EMPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT IN BENGKALIS DISTRICT, RIAU PROVINCE Abstract The Collaborative Governance which is located in Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province, is carried out in the field of labor management, which aims to reduce the number of unemployed in the Bengkalis Regency area and make the Human Resources in the area have the ability or skill. The purpose of this study was to find out how the existing government cooperation and how the role of each stakeholder in labor management in Bengkalis Regency. The method used is a qualitative method where data searches are carried out by means of interviews, observations and literature studies. Where the results obtained from the results that the cooperation that occurred in Bengkalis Regency was not fully running well, or had not run optimally and the cooperation that was held was only limited to coordination and also carried out in accordance with existing regulations, their respective roles in each stakeholder The existing ones are: in accordance with the regulations and duties of each actor, only with the Manpower Office as a forum for implementing the existing regulations. The suggestion in this research is that the Bengkalis Regency Government is expected to be able to provide a forum or container to be able to increase cooperation activities in managing the existing workforce and can add employees and provide training activities to employees in improving existing capabilities. the employees.
