Abstract

Human resources have a role both individually and in groups, and human resources are one of the main drivers for the smooth running of an organization's activities, even the success of a company is determined by the existence of its human resources. For this reason, a company needs to pay attention to and regulate the existence of its employees to improve good business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee relations and morale on employee performance at PT Bina Sarana Putra. Quantitative research using SPSS 25 data management. The sample used was 51 employees using saturated or census sampling techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of employee relations and morale on employee performance at PT Bina Sarana Putra. The results of this study can be used as input for the management of PT Bina Sarana Putra and employees of PT Bina Sarana Putra.
