Abstract
This study aims to determine compensation, leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT. MCC (Multi-Color Jakarta Indonesia). The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach in which this study explains the relationship of influencing and being influenced by the variables to be studied can be interpreted as a research method based on the philosophy of positivism. The population in this study were employees of the production division of PT. MCC (Multi-Color Jakarta Indonesia) totaling 65 people. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling or saturated sampling (census). So that the sample used in this study amounted to 65 people. The conclusion of this study is that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and based on the results of the determination test it is concluded that compensation, leadership and discipline variables work on employee performance is 98.6%.
