Abstract

Dwi Ahmad Fadillah , NPM: 41182191150027, The Relationship between Leg Muscle Power and Balance Against Straight Kick Speed in Persinas Asad College Fighters. Thesis. Penjaskesrek Department. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Islamic University "45" Bekasi. The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) Is there a partial relationship between leg muscle power and straight kick speed in Asad Persinas College fighters; (2) Is there a partial relationship between balances to speed kick straight on martial artist College Persinas Asad; (3) Is there a linear relationship between leg muscle power and balance on straight kick speed in Asad Persinas College fighters. Population and sample in study This amount 30 fighter. technique taking sample with total sampling . The results of data analysis obtained a correlation coefficient (rx 1 y) of 0.627 with an R value of 2 = 0.394, significant at alpha 5%, the relationship between leg muscle power and the speed of straight kicks in pencak silat is 39.4%. The correlation coefficient (rx 2 y) is 0.633 with a value of R 2 = 0.400, significant at 5% alpha, the magnitude of the relationship between balance and the speed of the pencak silat sickle kick is 40%. The correlation coefficient (rx 12 y) is 0.849 and R 2 = 0.722. Test the significance of the multiple correlation coefficient using the test F is obtained F count = 15.56 > Ftable = 3.59, with an alpha of 5%, the magnitude of the relationship between leg muscle power and balance together with the speed of straight kicks on Persinas Asad College fighters, is equal to 72.2%.
