Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of standard operating procedures (SOP) and work environment on improving the quality of administrative services at the District Office of Tridayasakti Village, Tambun, Bekasi. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. Data was collected using a questionnaire and a sample of 52 respondents. To analyze the data using statistical tests and calculations of multiple regression analysis which is calculated using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results showed that SOP had a positive and significant effect on the quality of administrative services with a regression coefficient (β1) of 0.717 (sig = 0.000; t count = 7.354). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the quality of administrative services as evidenced by the regression coefficient (β2) of 0.437 (sig = 0.000; t count = 4.112. Taken together SOP and work environment can be used in multiple regression to predict the quality of employee administrative services Tridayasakti Village District Office Tambun Bekasi (F count = 62.211; Sig = 0.000) The amount of contribution or contribution simultaneously from the sop and work environment variables is 0.713 or 71.3%, while the remaining 28.7% is related to other variables not examined in this research.
