Abstract
The tourism industry is one source of national income that plays an important role in improving the welfare of the tourism destinations ini Bogor is still inferior in terms of the number of visitors ehen compared to tourist objects in the area as well in the development of the cipamingkis waterfall tourist attraction it has not been carried out optimally This research was conducted to determine the internal and external factors that will be strengths and weakness, opportunities and threats in the development of Cipamingkis Waterfall tourism object. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection. Then data were analyzed using the SWOT method. Based on the SWOT analysis, several strategies that can be applied to develop the cipamingkis waterfall touris attraction are inceresing tourism potential, optimizing good security conditions in the cipamingkis waterfall tourist attraction, empowering the community around the tourist area by training nethod.
