Abstract

ABSTRACT ADI ARIP FERDIYANSYAH 41182911160083. THE EFFECT OF TEACHER’S INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION ON THE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION. (Correlation Study at SMAN 3 Bekasi City). Islamic Religious Education Study Program Faculty of Islamic Religion Islamic University '45' Bekasi. 1444 H/2022 M. This thesis aims to determine the effect of teacher interpersonal communication on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits for every reader, especially in the world of education, about the influence of teacher interpersonal communication on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education at SMAN 3 Bekasi City. The research method used is quantitative research with a correlational approach using survey studies. This study was given to all students of class X (ten) schools. The population in this study is students with samples based on random sampling sample techniques. The formula used is Arikunto's Surasimi Formula and obtained a number of 130 students at the school. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between teacher interpersonal communication on the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education. This is known through the acquisition of the results of the Pearson Correlation obtained with a significant value = 0.316 which means a significant value < (0.06) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.
