Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between religiosity, self-esteem and quarter life crisis in early adulthood in salting. This research uses quantitative research design using correlation research. The subjects in this study were 110 early adults in salting. This study uses a religiosity scale with a reliability value of 0.931. Self-esteem scale with a reliability value of 0.882 and a quarter life crisis scale with a reliability value of 0.953. The data analysis technique uses person product moment correlation and multiple linear regression. This study found that there is a negative relationship between religiosity and quarter life crisis and self-esteem with quarter life crisis. The results of multiple linear regression showed that religiosity and self-esteem contributed 30.2% to the quarter life crisis in early adulthood in salting.
