Abstract
ABSTRACT Siti Mahmudah (41183403150032) The Influence of Human Resources, Information Technology, Internal Control Systems and Organizational Commitment to the Timeliness of the Bekasi City Government Financial Reports. xi + 110 pages + 17 tables + 1 picture + 6 attachments Keywords: HR, Technology, System, Commitment, Timeliness This study aims to analyze the influence of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology, Internal Control System, Organizational Commitment, Timeliness of Financial Statements of the Bekasi City Government. The population in this study is the accounting department, the internal audit section and the information systems section. The number of respondents in this study were 66 SKPD staff. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling. The data processing method used is multiple linear analysis. The data was processed using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that human resources have no significant effect on the timeliness of local government financial reports, the use of information technology has no significant effect on the timeliness of local government financial reports, the internal control system has a significant effect on the timeliness of local government financial reports and organizational commitment has no significant effect on the timeliness of local government financial reports.
