Abstract

Tiara Putri Anggraeni, 41182191220060. This thesis is entitled "The Effectiveness of Stage Zone Training on 10-Meter Shooting Results in the Archery Extracurricular Activity at Al Wildan 13 Junior High School, Tambelang, Bekasi Regency." Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Muhammadiyah University of Indonesia (UNISMA BEKASI). This study aims to determine the effect of stage zone training on 10-meter shooting results for archery extracurricular students at SMP Al Wildan 13 Tambelang, Bekasi Regency. The method used is a quantitative experiment with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research sample consisted of 15 students selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a 10-meter shooting results test. The training program was carried out for 5 weeks with a frequency of 3 times per week. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, the homogeneity test, the Paired Sample t-Test hypothesis test, and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Based on the results of the research and data analysis that have been carried out, it can be concluded that Stage Zone training has a significant effect on the results of 10-meter distance shooting in archery extracurricular students at SMP Al Wildan 13 Tambelang, Bekasi Regency. This is indicated by an increase in the average shooting results from 249.20 at the pretest to 339.67 at the posttest, resulting in an increase of 90.47 points. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test show an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 (<0.05), so that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, which means there is a significant difference between the shooting results before and after being given Stage Zone training. Thus, Stage Zone training is proven to be effective in improving the results of 10-meter distance shooting in archery extracurricular students at SMP Al Wildan 13 Tambelang, Bekasi Regency.
