Abstract

Employees play a vital role in a company and must possess psychological well-being to support work productivity. This study aims to determine the influence of hardiness and gratitude on the psychological well-being of employees at PT. Karya Komponen Presisi. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design involving 75 employees. Data were collected using the Psychological Well-being Scale, the Dispositional Resilience Scale (DRS-15), and the Gratitude, Resentment, and Appreciation Test-Short Form (GRAT-Short Form). Data analysis was conducted using Pearson’s Product-Moment correlation and multiple linear regression.The results indicate that hardiness (r = 0.546; p < 0.05) and gratitude (r = 0.460; p < 0.05) have a positive and significant relationship with psychological well-being. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on psychological well-being (R² = 0.346; p < 0.05). These findings indicate that hardiness and gratitude play a role in enhancing employees’ psychological well-being.
