Abstract

Technological advances are currently taking place very rapidly, especially in industries that are starting to apply technology at every stage of the production process. Based on a preliminary study at PT. Coca Cola found several obstacles during the bottle production process such as the reduction in the speed of bottle production per and the vibration produced in the machine was too large, so that through the research conducted by the author got the research title, Analysis of the overall blowing station mechanical acceleration line 3 on the variation in the amount of bottle production capacity for early detection of damage. The data collection techniques in the research process are quantitative analysis methods and data collection and analysis techniques. Bearing replacement in lowering engine vibration is obtained as a result of speed measurement which produces a variation in vibration that is produced quite diverse but smaller than before replacing the main lever shaft bearing. The conclusion obtained from the results of the study of the vibration analysis of the stretch blowmolding machine on the production process is that the Stretch Blow Mold Machine with no replacement of spare parts will work optimally bottle production at a speed of 33,000 bottles per hour, meaning that it is still below the production target that should be. The Stretch Blow Mold machine can achieve a maximum production of 36000 bottles per hour by replacing bearings and monitoring as a preventive effort so that production results remain maximum.
