Abstract

Flourishing is vital for maintaining employees’ mental health and productivity, especially in demanding operational settings. Spirituality and gratitude are internal resources that help individuals find meaning, resilience, and satisfaction at work. This study examined the influence of spirituality and gratitude on flourishing among 90 operational employees at PT Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical. Using a quantitative correlational method with total sampling, data were collected through standardized questionnaires measuring spirituality, gratitude, and flourishing. Statistical analyses using Spearman correlation and multiple regression revealed that spirituality had a positive and significant relationship with flourishing (r = 0.570, p < 0.05), while gratitude showed a stronger positive relationship (r = 0.859, p < 0.05). Together, both variables significantly predicted flourishing (R² = 0.818, p < 0.05). These findings indicate that spirituality and gratitude contribute greatly to employees’ psychological well-being and sense of purpose. Organizations are encouraged to develop programs that promote self-reflection, appreciation, and meaningful work experiences.
