Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price discounts, service quality, and customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method. Data collection techniques were conducted through literature study and questionnaires. Purposive sampling was used. The sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. Based on the questionnaire results processed using SPSS, the multiple regression result obtained was Y=4.489+0.541X1+0.817X2. Meanwhile, the t-test (partial) results showed that the Price Discount variable had a t-value of 12.783> 1.660
