Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction of IndiHome (Case Study on IndiHome Customers in Serang Baru District, Bekasi). This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques in this study use observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The sampling method used is probability sampling with cluster sampling technique totaling 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, therefore H1 is accepted. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H2 is accepted. The results of the F test analysis (Anova) show that the F calculated (219.741) > F table (3.09) and the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that product quality and price jointly (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect.
