Abstract

This study aims to analyze the physical fitness levels of the futsal extracurricular participants. The research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 50 futsal extracurricular participants. Physical fitness data were measured using the Tok-Tok Ball Accuracy Test, Agility Shuttle Run 4x10m Get Ball, Muscle Strength Move The Ball, and Cardiovascular Endurance 600m Run tests. The results show that the physical fitness level of the futsal extracurricular participants is moderate. The study also found that factors affecting physical fitness include the intensity and frequency of training. The results of this study can be used as a reference to improve the physical fitness of the futsal extracurricular participants at SD Negeri Kertasari 03 Pebayuran and enhance the team's performance.
