Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of role conflict and job burnout on employee turnover intention at CV Setia Darma Tiga. Study This method uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, scale measurements Answers are presented to respondents which are measured using a Likert's scale. The population and sample amounted to 86 respondents with the sampling technique used namely saturated sampling, the data collection technique in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires which are then processed using a statistical program Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 26.0. The research results show that role conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with a tcount value of 2.171 and a sig value of 0.033. Likewise, job burnout has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, with value tcount is 7.292 and the sig value is 0.000. Both independent variables provide significant contribution to employee turnover intention. These results are in agreement with the proposed hypothesis and is in line with previous research identified role conflict and work burnout as the main causal factors turnover intention. Apart from that, the value of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) is obtained by 37.9% and the remaining 62.1% which can be explained and obtained from role conflict and job burnout, while the rest is explained by other outside variables the variables studied.
