Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of human resource quality, work professionalism and commitment to employee performance at PT Indonesia Chemicon. The research method used by the author is associative, this research was conducted at PT Indonesia Chemi-Con as many as 155 people. Data analysis uses multiple regression with the Statistical Program Products and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of the research conducted by a simultaneous significant influence between the independent variables (the quality of human resources, work professionalism, and commitment) of the dependent variable (employee performance). This is evidenced by the value of F count of 72,808 with a significant number of 0,000 or smaller than 0.05, the H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect between the quality of human resources, work professionalism and commitment to the performance of PT Indonesia employees of Chemi-Con. If partially reviewed the results of the quality of the human resource quality have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the T-count of the quality of human resources of 4,424 with a significance of 0,000 or smaller than 0.05, the H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is a positive and significant influence between the quality of human resources on employee performance. Work professionalism variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the work of the work professionalism variables of 6,741 with a significance of 0,000 or smaller than 0.05, the H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work professionalism on employee performance. Commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by a commitment variable t-count of 2,026 with a significance of 0.045 or smaller than 0.05, the H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between commitment to employee performance.
