Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on the performance of PT Sinde Multi Kemasindo employees. The population in this study was 112 employees of PT Sinde Multi Kemasindo, with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula, the sample size was 88 people. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data used is primary data with the technique of distributing questionnaires directly to PT Sinde Multi Kemasindo. The data was processed using the SPSS Version 20 application. The research results show that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05, then organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.013 < 0.05 and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 < 0.05.
